Should U.S. Senator Roland Burris Resign
The nation's only African-American serving in the United States Senate is under a firestorm of controversy regarding details he left out of testimony in reference to his efforts to be appointed to Illinois second senate seat, which was vacated when Barack Obama became the 44th president of the United States. Burris' says this is much ado about nothing; politicians have called for the senator's head. What do you think?

Roland Burris is just like all the other politicians in Chicago--old and corrupt. He should resign and spare himself being dragged out by the FBI.

He is the only Black in the senate and the media is attacking him during Black History Month. He did what all politicians do and that's raise money for each other. If he was corrupt how come he wasn't named in the indictment from the feds? He wasn't even on the radar--even though they were taping Blago and his brother. Burris did nothing wrong. This is another Republican plot.
